14 Townhouse Development
This was a 14 townhouse development constructed on a very tight site. As the site was sloping a lot of attention needed to be taken for the retaining walls and also stormwater drainage as the site sloped from the front towards the back.The neighbouring properties had to be considered so noise was kept to a minimum.
Commercial offices, Hervey Bay:

This commercial office complex is located in Hervey Bay, Queensland.This project was started in 2001 and completed in 2002. The 12 office complex was arranged on two levels with office size ranging from 110m² to 230m². It was constructed from 240 mm clay block with a suspended concrete upper floor. The complex has tenant garages to the rear of the property with customer parking on the side and at the front.
Commercial outlet, Kingaroy:
This commercial outlet is located in Kingaroy, Queensland.This project was started in 1999 and completed in 2000. It consisted of four retail outlets, one of which was stand alone (United video) and the remaining three (Supercheap and two vacant tenancies) were constructed as a single building. The buildings are of a tilt panel construction surrounding a customer car park. This project was very simple in this nature as the client owned the land outright and there was no on-site issues.
Caledonian Hotel:
The Caledonian hotel in Ipswich was gutted by fire to the extent that only the basic shell was left intact. A complete remodel was required complete with restaurant, public bar, lounge bar, gaming room, second floor owners accommodation and basement store rooms. The outside facade was retained for historical value.
Howard Water Treatment:
The Howard water treatment station was in need of an upgrade to their existing water purification plant. We designed a new lime storage hopper and complete with storage tanks. A new pump house was also designed for the complex.
Glenmore Street development:
Glenmore Street is a 10 unit townhouse development that is made up of brick veneer and the tiled roof. Each of the units is of three bedrooms with the master bedroom having a walk in robe and ensuite. The downstairs living area consists of separate lounge, separate dining and kitchen area and a full laundry. Each unit have their own private yard and patio.

Cornerstone Lifestyles designed and developed a range of 20 houses of varying floor areas for a bulk builder. incorporating the design criteria and budget for the ideal bedroom, bathroom, living areas and kitchen sizes, Cornerstone Lifestyles was able to deliver this project and a fast and efficient timeframe.
